I have recently recorded a cover version of one of my favorite rock songs of the 2000's by The Calling - Wherever You Will Go. I particularly like the lyrics of this song and the verses sang in the low notes. Very warm and emotional at times :D

Thought of giving you the latest updates. Here's the big news: I am currently working on my first song in...Lebanese! (Hell Yeah!)

I know, I know, it's about time :) We have already completed the production of the song and it sounds really, really cool. Actually, got some expert folks from Nashville to help on the mix.

What to expect? Well, a combination of awesome rocking riffs, a rhythmic melody and cool Lebanese lyrics. You can say this is East meets West, a cool fusion of styles in pure Lebanese fashion.

We are busy right now shooting a kick-ass music video. We've partnered this time with director Nadim Tabet, a rising talent who recently released his first feature film called One Of These Days.

IJK recently recorded an awesome version of the legendary love ballad, Unchained Melody. Written in 1955 by North & Zaret, the song was first recorded by singer Todd Duncan for the film Unchained (hence the title of the song).

It has been subsequently recorded by numerous artists including Sam Cooke, U2, Elvis, Roy Orbison and Heart.

But the best known and most popular version was the one recorded by The Righteous Brothers in 1965 and used for the film Ghost featuring Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore.

IJK, a big fan of the song, has just released his own version in a retro style music video. On the menu, powerful vocals and an emotional performance, we hope you enjoy it!

January 31st, 2018 - Lebanese pop rock singer-songwriter IJK has just released his third single entitled "Johnny & June", an ode to the 50's and the Rock'n'Roll era.

Loosely based on the story of rockabilly legend Johnny Cash, "Johnny & June" is a tune with a lot of groove, rocking vocals...and a fantastic music video!

Using state of the art 2D animation with an engaging script and striking characters the video clip tells the exciting story of two young lovers in the 50's facing imminent danger. It is a tale of adventure, love and music in a 3 minute video jam-packed with action!

On January 2nd, 2018, Lebanese pop-rock singer IJK has been interviewed live on one of the leading Lebanese TV channels, LBC. The talk show entitled Bte7la ElHayet was animated by celebrity TV hosts Mia Saiid and Afaf Damaa

During the show, IJK performed live a number of songs including "Pretty Woman", "Words" and "Are You Lonesome Tonight". The show also featured clips of IJK's latest music videos including his Christmas carol Little Drummer Boy and his latest original single Dancing Shadows.

In addition, the show featured a very interesting discussion about music in the digital age and an glimpse about IJK's future releases.

The interview was aired on LBC International, LB2 and LBC Europe.

It's the most wonderful time of the year...Christmas is here! 

To celebrate, Lebanese singer-songwriter IJK has recently recorded a version of the classic Christmas carol, The Little Drummer Boy.

The song is accompanied by a joyful music video featuring warm Christmas decorations, snowy landscapes and a cozy ambiance.

Latest news: I am currently working on a new music video...It will be an awesome animation this time!
As a passionate drawing artist since my childhood, I have always dreamed of creating cartoons...

In fact, my schoolmates and childhood friend often used to complain about me drawing superheroes and scribblings on their notebooks...But that never stopped me from drawing anyway!
And here I am today, working on my first anime-music video :D
